2 Makeup Brushes I Can't Believe I Ever Lived Without..

Towards the end of last year, the US went crazy over something called 'Black Friday' - a day, much resembling Boxing Day, is full of immense and intense sales. Sigma, an amazing makeup brush company, had an incentive of free world wide shipping, and considering how cheap the prices of such famed brushes,  the only thing that had been stopping me was the shipping cost, so this was the day I decided to buy a few brushes. I ended up picking up 3, and when you spend over $30, you get a free gift.

Two of the brushes that I purchased were the F80 kabuki and the E25 blending brushes (the 'free gift' travel sized version pictured above), and truthfully, I don't really know how I ever lived without them.
Oval-shaped brush with gently chiseled sides. Blends and softens the look of powder or cream shadows. Ideal to apply eye shadow primer, base eye shadow colors, and blend harsh lines.

I purchased a full size E25 blending brush, and just happened to get a travel sized one for free, which is amazing, because I truly love this brush. This brush is supposed to be a dupe of the Mac 217 blending brush, and is a solid, high quality brush. It is an oval shaped brush that makes blending a dream, and I say I can't live without this brush because I never had a blending brush before this. I've watched numerous tutorials and tried replicating the looks with no avail, simply because I didn't have the brush. Any blending brush would do, but this high quality brush makes an amazing part of anyones collection.

This exclusive flat top synthetic kabuki was designed to deliver a flawless makeup application. The Sigma Makeup F80 is a buffer brush that can be used to blend powder or liquid products. The short and dense bristles make it easy to buff your liquid foundation. The long handle adds comfort to your makeup application. The synthetic fibers are ideal to be used with liquid products and can be easily cleaned. Made of Synthetic Sigmax HD filament.

I also purchased the F80 Flat Top Synthetic Kabuki brush, which as the name suggests, is a super soft, flat top kabuki brush, perfect for the flawless application of foundation (or at least, that's what I use it for). I've never had a good quality, kabuki-style foundation, and for the first one I've ever purchased, I really don't think I'll ever try another. I mean, why fix what's not broken? This brush does an amazing job at buffing in foundation to provide a nice even coverage, and works amazingly with any quality or type of foundation. Another brush that I would recommend to collect.

So to many fabulous or long time make up applicators, you most likely already have these brushes, or ones similar to these, in your collection, but for anyone who is looking for good quality brushes, I highly suggest looking into Sigma brushes. The E25 retails for $9US, and the F80 for $16US (but that is part of the synthetic SigMax collection. By Australian standards, that is amazingly cheap for such good quality brushes, when ones from brands like Models Prefer, which are really good brushes for the price, are more expensive, but not as good.

Have you ever tried any Sigma brushes?
Love Gianna
