First of all, I am sooooooo sorry I haven't been active for, well, over a week now! Not only have I been crazy with work and uni, but I've had the flu, so I've been down for the count. But I'm going to try make much more of an effort starting this week.
There is a bit hype about the quality of these shadows, so on boxing day, I went out and purchased a 5 piece freedom palette and my first eyeshadow (shown on the left). These shadows have a beautiful, smooth consistency and a brilliant lasting power. Just by swatching them in-store and looking at the color range, I knew I'd be back for more, hence the reason for a 5 palette.
The freedom system at Inglot is a truly fabulous system - you can buy various sized palettes to create customized combinations to suit your skin tone, or favorite looks. This way, you aren't stuck with eyeshadows going to waste because you never use them. It is also not limited to eyeshadows, but lipsticks, brow powders and waxes, and concealers.
The freedom eyeshadows, at $10AU each, I think are fantastic quality for what you pay for them. You can buy so many cheaper eyeshadows or palettes that crease or wear terribly, whereas you're paying for quality here (not that I'm saying there aren't also cheaper shadows that are good quality).
I would definitely recommend splurging on a palette, or even just a shadow to test them out! Everyone needs to treat them selves now and then.
Wow that really is an amazing colour! I really should go to Inglot one of these days. :-)
ReplyDeleteI really do recommend it :) Such pretty colors!
