Australis Paparazzi Perfect High Definition Blush in 'Flash It'

Perfectly blended, multicoloured blush allows you to customise and create the exact shade you are desperate for! Formulated with light reflecting and balancing photochromatic pigments so that you look just as hot in photos as you do in the mirror! The pore-invisible technology blurs pores, fine lines and other imperfections leaving a perfectly flawless and glowing finish. Enriched with jojoba and grape seed oil to lock in skin moisture.

I don't know about you, but to me, Australis was just another brand in Priceline which I skipped over. Until recently, I didn't own anything from Australis, but that is slowly changing! With the recent makeover Australis had, not only did packaging become more sleek and high-end looking, there was also the release of the new Paparazzi Perfect range, featuring a new selection of cosmetics aimed at making you look as good in photos as you do in person. Let me tell you, so far, the products do not disappoint!

I have been looking for a peachy blush for sometime, and just recently Priceline had a sale in which Australis had $3AU off all products, so I picked up the Paparazzi Perfect High definition blush in Flash It.

Swatch counterclockwise from left: cream, pink, champagne, brown, all mixed
(sorry about the clarity, my camera skitzed out again)
This blush has a mesh of 4 colours: a light cream, hot pink, champagne and brown which are all highly pigmented, and when swirled together create a lovely, slightly shimmery,  peach blush.

The pigmentation on this blush is so good, that sometimes one light sweep across can be too much. The smallest amount of this product goes a long way, and can be easily blended out onto the cheeks. It has a smooth consistency, and individual colours could double as highlighters or eyeshadows if you wish.

The one issue I have with this is miniscule, and that is, if you use to much, your cheeks look as though they have glitter on them, as opposed to the nice shimmery glow provided by the blush. But that can just be put up to application.

All and all, this is a great blush, and I'm definitely looking forward to going out and buy more Australis products!

What about you guys? Found any new products you like lately?
Love Gianna

  1. Have not yet tried much from Australis... I have a couple of things from Face of Australia that I like. The next time I'm in Priceline though I will definitely be checking out Australis

  5. I actually want to try all of the Australis products! This new range looks fabulous :)

Kumiko, I just ran my fingers over the individual colours, but i generally just swirl them all together. There is a lot of fallout, but I just tap off the excess and brush on like usual :)
